Terms & Conditions - For Members

* Legal action will be taken against you if there is any miss use / misbehavior against the company.

1. Membership is for a lifetime, after which they will receive the membership who are legal heirs he has set.
   Condition :- The member should purchase the monthly grocery item her at least 2 times in one year from the contract with the co.
2. The co. does not get the fee paid for membership after you submit the form by paying the Registration fee to the company, you will be given an I D No, user name& password from the company.
3. If the member purchases or avails service from a company, contracted with the co anywhere in India& it’s name is on the company ID No, then it will be paid as per co. rule.
4. The company takes registration fee only once. The company does not charge any fee from the member, other than the govt tax. And the co-will not be responsible for any such transition, to avoid any other financial transaction.

5. The benefit given to you depends on the company’s financial progress & ability, the benefits of the company will be given as per the financial progress & capabilities of the company.
6. The company shall retain the full right to decide on what kind of benefit (such as financial, substances, shares) & the time when the benefit is made.
7. The company shall have the full right to decide and to makes use of the commission’s for the co, from the shopkeeper & the service providers.
8. If you have any kind of goods or services you have purchased, the seller of that type of seller will have to pay compensation to the seller, & no responsibility will be on the company.
9. If there is any dispute with the co. then it can be terminated through arbitrator.
10. The company shall continue to have the sole to determine the companies term, condition, rules regulation.
