Terms & Conditions - For Customer Representatives (CR)
* Legal action will be taken against you if there is any miss use / misbehavior against the company.

The appointment made by the distributor to you company for one year has been made by the company registration fees made by the co. are not refundable
- You will continue yours appointment with the renewal fee for the next years. Renewal fee will be deducted from the commission you get from the distributor( Renewal fee will be deducted from) income of the last month i.e. 12th month as 10 % renewal fee.
- Nature of your work :-
- The company prepare the company’s member with Registration fee (Non refundable) fixed for one member.
- help the distributor in agreement with the company to provide retailor & service providers in your work area.
- Work as an intermediary between a company distributor, retailer, service provider & Members, Assist the financial progress of the co.
- 50 % of commission paid by the company to you distributor ( In all the representatives working on the co.) will be allocated equally in all the representative recorded by your distributer you will receive commission every month from your distributor ( you will receive yours commission from the distributors within 48 hr. after the distributor receives his commission from the company.
- Apart from the Registration Fees from members and from the retailers no other amount cab belevied.
- Your appointment will be cancelled immediately after financial misappropriation, misrepresentation or otherwise.
- If you cancel your appointment for any reason, there will be no connection with your company.
- If you damage the company, interest in any way, yours appointment will be connected & legal action will be taken against you.
- If there is some debate or dispute between the distributor & the company representative then you should resolve the matters between them, the question or the dispute is not resolve then it is solve through the arbitrator.
- If there is any dispute with the company then it can be terminated through arbitrator.
- It is compulsory to assist a distributor for business growth.
- if you find any errors in the work at the company you will be notified only by the notice twice even after you work not develop, Findings are not found & your appointment will be cancelled if the distributor has given the notice to the company.
- The Co. Shall continue to have the sole right to determined the companies term conditions, rules & regulation etc.
- 50 % at the amount you receive form the members for membership will be given to you.
